IKC Prins Claus is an open Christian primary school in the Rokkeveen district of Zoetermeer. Together with Junis Kinderopvang, we form an IKC and offer childcare and education to children aged 0 to 13 under one roof. Our school is a place where every child is welcome to be who they are. A calm and structured learning environment is characteristic of our school.

Our school is located in a modern, sustainable, and transparent building with multi-functional classrooms and spaces. We are also proud of our annex, ‘Het Koetshuis’, where Group 3 pupils can lay the foundation for their further development of academic skills in a peaceful and spacious environment.
The school reflects our classic yet modern educational approach. We provide classroom-based instruction that accommodates various learning levels in both timing and content. We offer modern education through the use of Chromebooks, iPads, and student computers. Consequently, children acquire skills such as critical and logical thinking within the context of Future-oriented education.
At IKC Prins Claus, we stimulate talent development in multiple areas. This is reflected in our school’s specialized curriculum for gifted and highly talented pupils. Furthermore, we place great emphasis on developing diverse talents through school presentations and performances, technology mornings, English weeks, outdoor nature lessons, and cultural activities.
