Has your child not been placed at the school of your first preference? Or do you still want to try to get into another school? Then there are extra possibilities.
Placement improvement round
In June and December there are extra lottery rounds at schools where places have become available. We call this the placement improvement round. If your child has been placed at a school of lower preference, you can indicate that you want to take part in this round.
How do you take part?
After receiving your placement offer, you can let the coordinator know that you want to take part in the placement improvement round. The coordinator will inform you about the available places and the procedure.
Did not receive a placement offer?
Have you received no placement offer at all? In that case the coordinator will contact you. Together a suitable school for your child will be sought.
