IKC Noordeinde is located in the pleasant neighborhood of Noordhove. IKC stands for Integral Children’s Center: a place where children from 0 to 13 years can go for education and care. IKC Noordeinde is a collaboration between Protestant Christian Elementary school Noordeinde and childcare organization Junis. We work as one organization, with one team and one vision. Together we are responsible for stimulating the development of each child.

At IKC Noordeinde, we look closely at what our students need. We find it important that students are involved in education. To achieve that, we offer various cooperative work forms. We also consciously use mobile learning. Within IKC Noordeinde, teachers are members of an expert group and look purposefully at what the school needs in order to continue to provide good education for all ages. This creates a beautiful, continuous line within the school.
Our school building is orderly and provides all the space needed for students to flourish. Each group has its own classroom. We also have a cozy auditorium and plenty of workstations in the hallway. Our library can be found in the auditorium. A beautiful playground surrounds the school building, culminating in the green playground. Pupils can play here in a natural environment.
At IKC Noordeinde, you learn to think and work in a solution-oriented way. You learn as much as you can and you can be proud of that. We see cooperation as an essential part of our education. Children, parents and teachers learn from and with each other. We understand that each child needs something different to develop optimally. No one has to do this alone.
