IKC Prins Claus is an open Christian Elementary school in the Rokkeveen district of Zoetermeer. Together with Junis Childcare we form an integrated childcare center and offer care and education to children from 0 to 13 years under one roof. Our school is a place where every child can be who he or she is. Peace and structure in the learning environment are characteristic of our school.

Our school is located in a modern, sustainable and transparent school building with multifunctional classrooms and spaces. We are also proud of our annex “Het Koetshuis” where the children of group 3 can lay the foundation for their further development in school skills in peace and quiet and in a spacious building.
It is reflected in the school that we work from a classical modern educational offer. We teach classrooms, taking into account the various student levels in time and offerings. We offer modern education by using Chromebooks, Ipads and student computers, among other things. As a result, the children learn skills such as critical and logical thinking within Future-oriented education.
At IKC Prins Claus, we encourage talent development in several areas. This can be seen at school in the extra offer for the gifted and highly gifted. In addition, we pay much attention to the development of various talents through presentations and performances at school, technique mornings, English weeks, outdoor classes on nature education and cultural activities.
