The Entree is a unique Child Center located in the green district of Meerzicht, at the edge of the future, lively urban district of Entree. Our child center is the meeting place for children aged 0 to 13 where we make a leading contribution to the development of the children in the neighborhood through care, education and recreation. With us, children feel seen and known: they are welcome. We ensure a continuous line of development through an appropriate offer for the development needs of each child.

For us, our child center is a place where children can learn, play and develop in their own way throughout the day. By participating, showing and stimulating. We work with enthusiasm, from joint and individual expertise on a continuous development line of the children and in the same pedagogical climate.

Each group, both in childcare and education, has its own basic room. This is the home base for the children. Here the children receive instruction, stories are told and we talk to each other. They also share a common area, the (play-) learning square, with a number of other groups. The (play-) learning square is challengingly decorated with varied furniture.

In the afternoon, our creative workshops take center stage. Here during the year, all students are introduced to a variety of different subject areas, such as technology, music, creative and world orientation. During these workshops, the process is central. Because of this, we make a great appeal to their creativity.
